Actress Moses Ingram will feature with Natalie Portman in 바카라˜Lady in the Lake바카라™, an upcoming limited series from streamer Apple TV Plus. An adaptation of author Laura Lipman바카라™s 2019 novel, the show will be directed and co-written by filmmaker Alma Har바카라™el of 바카라˜Honey Boy바카라™ fame.
Ingram, who currently stars in Disney+ series 바카라˜Obi-Wan Kenobi바카라™, replaces Oscar winner Lupita Nyong바카라™o, who exited the project in May, reported Deadline.
Har바카라™el will be collaborating with 바카라˜The Man In The High Castle바카라™ writer Dre Ryan for the series.
The story takes place in 1960s Baltimore, where an unsolved murder pushes housewife and mother, Maddie Schwartz (Portman), to reinvent her life as an investigative journalist and sets her on a collision course with Cleo Sherwood (Ingram), a hard-working woman juggling motherhood, many jobs and a passionate commitment to advancing Baltimore바카라™s Black progressive agenda.
In addition to Portman and Ingram, the series will also star Y바카라™Lan Noel, Mikey Madison, and Brett Gelman.
바카라˜Lady In The Lake바카라™, which hails from Endeavor Content, will be produced by Crazyrose and Bad Wolf America.
Har바카라™el will executive produce alongside Christopher Leggett through her new production company Zusa and Portman.
