A Russian military commander of its air defense on Monday claimed that President Vladimir Putin바카라s helicopter was 바카라at the epicentre바카라 of a Ukrainian drone attack on May 20 in Russia's Kursk Oblast.
바카라We were simultaneously engaged in an air defense battle and ensuring airspace security for the president바카라s helicopter flight. The helicopter was effectively at the epicenter of the response to the massive drone attack바카라 Yury Dashkin said, The Kyiv Independent reported citing Russian news agency RBC.
As per the Ukrainian experts, the claims - which came five days after the alleged incident - could be for the political appearance that Putin is directly and closely involved in the war. The claim of the attack has not been independently verified by The Kyiv Independent, the news website mentioned. Russian authorities too have provided no evidence to back the claim.
Putin had visited Kursk earlier this week, in his first visit since Russian forces took back regions of the Ukrainian foothold in the area in a counter-offensive this March. In the first large-scale invasion in Russia since World War II, Ukraine had launched an incursion into Kursk Oblast in August 2024.
United States President Donald Trump on Sunday claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin has gone 바카라crazy바카라, after Russia launched one of its biggest airstrikes of the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, since the start of the war.
