In Photos: Devastating Cloudbursts Across Hill States

Incidents of cloudbursts have lately been reported from Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Ladakh. At least two died after a cloudburst in Himachal's Rohru triggered a flood. In Ladakh, a cloudburst led to the flooding and flowing of debris in the town of Leh.
