A multi-party delegation from India briefed several countries on Sunday about the challenge of cross-border terrorism facing India and New Delhi's firm resolve to combat it.

The delegation was tasked by India to visit 33 global capitals to inform the international community about Pakistan's designs and India's response to terrorism.

Indian MP Delegation Calls On Bahrain Deputy Prime Minister

  • The delegation, led by BJP MP Baijayant Jay Panda, on Sunday briefed Bahrain's Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa about the challenge of cross-border terrorism facing India and New Delhi바카라s firm resolve to combat it.

  • "India & Bahrain share a deep, historic friendship built on trust, shared values & mutual respect. 바카라 Together in the fight against terrorism, we discussed matters of mutual interest & India바카라s firm commitment to combat terror in all its forms,바카라 Panda said in a post on X. The meeting took place at the Gudaibiya Palace here in the capital city, Manama.

  • The multi-party MPs also met Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, the chairman of Shura Bahrain, the upper house of the legislative body of Bahrain, and 바카라underscored India바카라s resolve to fight against terrorism and strengthen bilateral ties,바카라 said a post on X by the Indian Embassy in Bahrain.

  • The delegation also visited Bab Al Bahrain, a historic landmark in Manama, which Panda described as a 바카라symbol of Bahrain바카라s rich cultural heritage and enduring ties with India바카라. The delegation reached here on Saturday for a two-day visit.

  • During the visit, they also met prominent Indians and civil society members.

  • Besides Panda and Owaisi, former Union Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, ex-National Chairperson of the National Commission for Women and Rajya Sabha MP Rekha Sharma are also among the delegation members.

All-Party Delegation Led By NCP MP Supriya Sule in Qatar

  • One of the delegations led by NCP-SP leader Supriya Sule arrived in Qatar late Saturday as part of the government바카라s outreach with the international community on the fight against terror and on the significance of Operation Sindoor.

  • Apart from Sule, the working president of the NCP-SP, the delegation comprises BJP leaders Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Anurag Thakur and V Muraleedharan; Congress leaders Manish Tewari and Anand Sharma; TDP leader Lavu Sri Krishna Devarayalu; AAP leader Vikramjeet Singh Sawhney; and former diplomat Syed Akbaruddin. It will also travel to South Africa, Ethiopia and Egypt.

The Delegation Led By Tharoor In Ney York

  • Senior Congress Leader and MP Shashi Tharoor has said that post-Pahalgam attacks, there is now going to be a new norm that no one sitting in Pakistan is going to be allowed to believe that they can just walk across the border and kill Indian citizens with impunity, as he asserted that there will be a 바카라price to pay.바카라

  • The delegation reached New York on Saturday and will travel to Guyana from here. It will return to the US on June 3.

All-Party Delegation In South Korea

  • An all-party parliamentary delegation on Sunday visited the Indian Embassy in Seoul ahead of the engagements as part of India바카라s outreach on the fight against terror and 바카라strengthen India-South Korea counter-terrorism cooperation바카라 in view of Operation Sindoor.

  • The delegation, led by JD(U) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Kumar Jha, arrived on Saturday.

  • The Indian Embassy here said the delegation attended a briefing by Ambassador Amit Kumar, who 바카라highlighted the Korean-specific approach to the scheduled engagements, setting the context for a strong messaging of India바카라s stance of zero tolerance against terrorism.바카라

  • 바카라We had a constructive meeting with @KumarAmitMEA, Ambassador of India to the Republic of Korea, focusing on strengthening bilateral cooperation,바카라 said Jha in a post on X.

  • Besides Jha, the delegation comprises of MPs Aparajita Sarangi, Abhishek Banerjee, Brij Lal, John Brittas, Pradan Baruah, Hemang Joshi, former external affairs minister Salman Khurshid, and former ambassador of India to France and Bahrain Mohan Kumar.

Tensions have emerged between India and Pakistan following the Pahalgam attack, which killed 26 tourists. In retaliation, India launched Operation Sindoor on May 7, targeting terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Pakistan attempted to attack Indian military bases on May 8, 9, and 10, but the Indian side responded strongly to these actions.

On-ground hostilities ceased after the directors general of military operations from both sides reached an understanding to halt military actions during talks on May 10.
