Attacking Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao, Telangana state Congress chief A. Revanth Reddy has declared that the state바카라�s people thought KCR had deceived them and his goodwill had dropped to zero.

In a wide-ranging discussion with Outlook바카라�s Managing Editor Satish Padmanabhan and other senior journalists, Reddy insisted that Telangana had gone from a revenue-surplus state during the times when Congress was in power to a debt-ridden region where government employees are not even being paid their salaries on time.

He said that all the development in the state 바카라� including infrastructure and income-generating projects - dated back to the times of combined Andhra Pradesh, and the BRS government had failed to give the people their 바카라�haq바카라� (rights) and self-respect.
