The man from Guntur fought his way via qualifying to enter the main draw of the BWF Super 500 event, and has not looked back since. After six straight wins at the tournament, Srikanth now finds himself one step away from the title, though it would no doubt be a daunting task against Li Shi Feng, who is the current world number four.
Srikanth notched up a straight-game win (21-18, 24-22) over Japan바카라s Yushi Tanaka in the semi-finals to get here. Before that, he dispatched France's Toma Junior Popov in the quarters, Ireland's Nhat Nguyen in the round of 16 and China's Lu Guangzu in the opening round of the main draw.
