England defeated the West Indies by six wickets in the second T20I match of the bilateral series at the County Ground in Bristol on Sunday, 8 June 2025. The victory also ensured Harry Brook-led hosts clinched the series with a game to go. (Match Blog)

Earlier, Harry Brook won the toss and elected to bowl in Bristol. Johnson Charles and Shai Hope led Windies revival as they posted a decent 196 for the loss of six wickets.

In reply, England backed by Jos Buttler and Brook, made lightweight of the chase as the hosts reached the target in 18.3 overs. Buttler continued his rich vein of form, by scoring a resolute 47.

The final game between the two countries will be played on Tuesday, June 10 at the Rose Bowl, Southampton.

Luke Wood is replacing Matthew Potts in the playing XI for England. The West Indies have also made one change. Akeal Hosein is replacing Andre Russell in the side.
