Jaden Philogene said he wants to play as much football as possible after completing his reported £20million move to Ipswich Town from Aston Villa on Wednesday. (More Football News)
Philogene has agreed to a four-and-a-half-year deal at Portman Road just over seven months after returning to Villa on a permanent deal from Hull City.
The 22-year-old made 15 appearances across all competitions for Unai Emery's side in the first half of the season, but started just four of those games.
Philogene has yet to register a goal or an assist this term for the Villans, but offers Kieran McKenna another exciting addition in attack for the remainder of the campaign.
During the 2023-24 season with Hull, Philogene netted 12 goals and laid on a further six assists in 32 Championship appearances, despite missing nine games with a knee injury.
He also completed a team-high 87 dribbles for the Tigers, while he also created more chances (52) than any of his Tigers team-mates in the second tier.
"I바카라™m excited to be here, and I know there are great players in the squad," Philogene told Ipswich's website.
"I just want to play as much as possible. As a player, I like to dribble and link up play and provide goals and assists. I바카라™m looking forward to it."
Philogene became the Tractors Boys' second signing of the January window after Ben Godfrey made the move from Atalanta on a six-month loan deal earlier this month.
