warm-up matches full schedule: With the 13th edition of the ODI World Cup just nine days away, the 12 qualified teams would test their batting orders as well as bowling combinations in the warm-up matches. The tournament proper will begin on October 5, 2023, with a clash between New Zealand and England, a repeat of the 2019 World Cup final.
As for the Indian national cricket team, Rohit Sharma & Co. will test their tournament preparedness against defending champions England on September 30 (Saturday) in Guwahati. India are looking to end a decade-long drought and win their third World Cup title after the 1983 and 2011 victories. The hosts will open their 2023 World Cup campaign with a titanic clash against five-time champions, Australia, on October 8 in Chennai.
