Well, the presentation could be different from the two films, but the one-line plot of 바카라˜Mission Majnu바카라™ does seem to be pretty similar to the aforementioned titles.

For the unversed, directed by Shantanu Bagchi, the espionage thriller is set in the 1970s and has Sidharth Malhotra essaying the role of a RAW agent who leads a covert operation on Pakistani soil.
