Akshay Kumar, who is famously known for doing his own stunts in movies, has injured himself while performing an action scene on the sets of 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan'. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film stars him with actor Tiger Shroff. The actor was shooting in Scotland when he got injured.
According to Hindustan Times, Akshay was shooting for an action sequence with Tiger, and it was a particular stunt he was performing when this injury happened. He has braces on his knee right now.
The source further added that the action scenes have been put on hold for the time being but the actor is shooting his close-ups so the Scotland schedule can be wrapped up on time.
Produced by Jackky Bhagnani바카라s Pooja Entertainment, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is touted to be India's answer to the Fast and Furious franchise. 바카라When it comes to Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, I thought, I want to make India바카라s Hobbs & Shaw, I want to make India바카라s Fast & Furious 바카라 large scale action, with comedy amongst the characters rather than in the plot,바카라 Bhagnani previously told PTI.
The producer said that he approached Akshay for the film before getting Ali Abbas Zafar on board. 바카라I went to Akshay sir, first, and he loved it. He asked me, 바카라Whom will I get on board as Chote Miyan?바카라 I replied, 바카라Tiger,바카라 and he said, 바카라Wonderful.바카라 Once the actors were on board, I went to Ali Abbas Zafar, who바카라s one of the biggest directors in the country.바카라
Director Ali Abbas Zafar, in an earlier conversation with Pinkvilla, had said that the film has nothing to do with the Amitabh Bachchan-Govinda starrer 1998 film but there is a reason as to why the film shares the same title. 바카라It has nothing to do with the old film but there바카라s a reason why it바카라s called Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. There is a very interesting twist in the film, which may act as an ode to the old Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,바카라 he said.
Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is scheduled to release in December 2023 and also stars Sonakshi Sinha and Prithviraj Sukumaran.
