Actress and BJP MP, Kangana Ranaut is all set to make her foray into Hollywood. As per a report in Variety, she with star in a horror drama titled, Blessed Be The Evil, where she is said to play the lead role.
Apart from Kangana Ranaut, the film also features Teen Wolf actor Tyler Posey and Tulsa King fame actress Scarlett Rose Stallone.
The project is backed by Lions Movies and the production will begin this summer in New York. The producers chose to shoot in the U.S. to "avoid running into any uncertainties stemming from the recently announced Trump industry tariffs."
Tailing Pond fame director Anurag Rudra will helm Blessed Be the Evil. He has also co-written the screenplay with Gatha Tiwary, president and founder of Lions Movies. They will also serve as producers of the upcoming supernatural thriller.
As per the film's synopsis, the story of Blessed Be The Evil revolves around a Christian couple who experiences a devastating miscarriage. Post that, they purchase an abandoned farm with a dark past. As they try to get back to their new lives, their love and faith are tested by a vicious presence.
