This week hasn바카라™t seen any big international releases, but there has been a slew of releases in the country. The indie-pop industry is heavily dominated by the idea of love and the various phases of it (depending on the happy or sad consequences), and this week too has witnessed a lot og singles around that same idea. From Jubin Nautiyal바카라™s Meri Tarah to the Telugu hit Oo Antava..Oo Oo Antava, here are the top 5 songs of this week.
Bheega Bheega
A powerful love song which is a mix of, the kind of songs in a 90s film 바카라“ over the top lyrics about being in love, and catchy choruses -- and a very modern song with a unique sound with elements of Indian classical music, and Western pop music. Anuj Danait sings this song, perfectly matching the highs and lows.
Meri Tarah
Another love song, since that바카라™s what the mainstream music-listening audience, perhaps prefers to listen to. Nevertheless, 바카라˜Meri Tarah바카라™, has several elements of Qawwali and ballad music, in terms of the sound samples and beat patterns. Sung beautifully by Jubin Nautiyal, who understands the emotion of every song he sings. This song바카라™s emotion is around the pain when love fails to transition into becoming the forever-kind of love, and that continuous dilemma of going-the-distance.
Uff
The commercial non-film music space is full of songs about love, and 바카라˜Uff바카라™ sung by Shreya Ghoshal, is about the ugly, painful side of love, where one partner is not sure as the other one about the relationship, despite all the passion and romance. Lyrics have a Punjabi tinge, which, somehow make it a sweet song, despite the presence of sadness and loneliness and Ghoshal바카라™s voice completely carries that emotion throughout the song.
Yaad Na Aaye
A very new age pop song, which has several song samples, ranging from Arabic sounds to sounds from RnB songs and the drum patterns that echo the current rap music scene. Sung on a very lower note, the vocals are perhaps not the main highlight of the entire song. In fact it바카라™s the very very Arabic- sounding hook line that바카라™s ever present throughout the song.
Oo Antava..Oo Oo Antava
The Telugu-song has become a rage on the internet right now, because of the entire composition, and the way it is shot. Indravathi Chauhan sings the song as it is supposed to be, with a lot of oomphy, since the entire composition is around the theme of seduction. Musically as well, the hook line and the chorus, act as the pivot where the song moves from being a very minimalistic song, only about seduction which then builds up slowly into big celebratory version of it, where everyone is a part of it.
