Harvard-Trump Row: US Prez Asked University To Disclose Foreign Students Names And Nationalities

바카라œWhy isn바카라™t Harvard saying that almost 31% of their students are from FOREIGN LANDS, and yet those countries, some not at all friendly to the United States, pay NOTHING toward their student바카라™s education, nor do they ever intend to,바카라 the social media post mentioned.

United States President Donald Trump targeted Harvard again in regard to the composition of the international student population and urged that the Ivy-league university disclose the nationalities of these students, calling it a 바카라œreasonable request바카라 .

바카라œNobody told us that! We want to know who those foreign students are, a reasonable request since we give Harvard BILLIONS OF DOLLARS, but Harvard isn바카라™t exactly forthcoming. We want those names and countries,바카라 it added.

The row between Harvard University - country바카라™s oldest and richest university - and the Trump administration is part of the wider crackdown of the government and the Ivy-league universities, demanding it alters its curriculum and change criteria of protests on campus, amongst other demands.

Trump on Friday supported the Department of Homeland Security바카라™s ban on Harvard,  informing the university that if within 72 hours the university does not comply with the federal demands, Harvard will lose its privilege of enrolling international students. Harvard University challenged the move, calling it unconstitutional for defying to comply with the political demands of the US government. A federal judge on Friday had blocked the US government from implementing the decision.

Careers of around 6,800 international students, including 800 students from India are now at risk.
