The top Indian shuttler Lakshya Sen will kickoff his BWF Singapore Open 2025 campaign with a clash against Lin Chun-yi of Chinese Taipei on May 28, Wednesday.
After struggling with form due to injury setbacks, the 23-year-old from Almora is hoping for a fresh start in Singapore. This season has been disappointing for Sen, with four early exits from tournaments.
Sen was knocked out of the Thailand Open after a close match against Nhat Nguyen, losing 18-21, 21-19, 17-21. He has not yet won a title in 2025.
On the other hand, Lin Chun-yi will be aiming for his first BWF title after finishing as runner-up at the 2025 Orleans Masters.
