Nottingham 0-1 Chelsea: Blues Book Champions League Ticket

Chelsea will be returning to the UEFA Champions League after they sealed the qualification with a crucial 1-0 victory over Nottingham Forest on the final day. Nottingham will have to go to the Conference League due to this loss. Levi Collwill scored the winning goal for Chelsea who finished fourth on the table.
