Located just 35 km from the site, the airport is expected to handle 12 million passengers annually in its first phase, with eventual capacity for 70 million. Experts believe that the airport isn't just about flights바카라”it's about the ecosystem it brings. The fillip it has provided to hospitality, industrial, institutional, logistics and commercial development will create a ripple effect on the region's real estate prospects.

Adding to the appeal is the proposed Metro extension linking Greater Noida to Jewar, with a station planned in close proximity to Greenbay. The existing F1 track바카라”a 15-minute drive바카라”further enhances the area's premium appeal. Further, the futurist plan of the Yamuna Expressway Authority, such as six-lane expansion of key stretches completed in 2023, Eastern Peripheral Expressway integration, reducing Delhi commute times and the approval of three new industrial hubs within a 20 km radius, has accelerated development in the past two years.
