Ulsan 0-1 Mamelodi Sundowns, FIFA Club World Cup 2025: Rayners On Target For South African Giants

South African heavyweights Mamelodi Sundowns secured a comfortable 1-0 win against Ulsan HD in a Group F fixture of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 at Inter&Co Stadium in Orlando, Florida, on 18 June. After a lightning-related delay, the match started in a nearly empty stadium, and the Masandawana pressed intensely in the first half. Their South Korean opponents could not hold on, and eventually, Iqraam Rayners scored to give Sundowns the lead. However, Ulsan had chances of their own, including an early opportunity for Erick Farias that went over the bar, and an 80th-minute shot from Matias Lacava that was saved by Ronwen Williams.
